Fees & Pricing
Fees are due and payable in full on the day of the procedure. Prices include GST, are subject to change without prior written notice, and are correct at time of publishing.
Zip Pay and After-pay are available in Studio
Consultations & Bookings
In some cases a face to face consultation and patch test is required before the treatment can take place. This will be discussed with you upon receipt of the “Am I a suitable candidate form”.
Consultations and Patch tests require a $50 payment which is redeemable from the price of your procedure.
As our services are high demand we have implemented a strict “no show” and cancellation policy please see out terms and conditions below. Upon booking your procedure we require a $100 deposit to secure you appointment payable within 48 hours of your booking confirmation.
Without this deposit your booking will not be secure and may result in loss of that particular appointment time.
An email confirmation will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment. This is the time to either confirm or reschedule
Cancellations & Non-Attendance
Booking Deposit refunds will only be given if at least 48 hours written cancellation notice (by e-mail or text) is received, and are subject to a $30 Admin Fee. Clients who simply do not attend or who cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit their full Booking Deposit $100 of the cost of the appointment.
Clients who do not attend their scheduled free 4-6 week Touch-up Visit, or who cancel within the required 48 hour notice period, will forfeit their free 4-6 week Touch-up Visit.
Procedural and skin types vary, as does the level of aftercare taken by clients. The outcome of the Cosmetic tattoo can be affected by this as well as by the symmetry of the facial features, the skin type and tone, underlying blood vessels etc. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the best possible result, we unfortunately cannot guarantee results. We will always do our best to rectify or adjust where deemed necessary to get the outcome that you desire.
Minors & Companions
Cosmetic tattoo and Paramedical tattoo require the full concentration of your aesthetician. In the interest of you receiving her undivided attention, as well as hygiene and health & safety reasons, children and minors are not permitted in the studio during a procedure. They also unfortunately cannot be left unattended outside of the studio. We therefore request that you make suitable arrangements for off site childcare.
Unless by prior arrangement, companions or drivers are also not permitted in the studio during a consultation or procedure as it is distracting for both you and your aesthetician. They will be asked to wait in the waiting area.
We kindly ask that mobile phones and other portable devices be switched off for the entire duration of the appointment. Treatments can last up to 2 hours and these requests are made in order that you can fully relax and enjoy your treatment, whilst your aesthetician gives you her best and undivided attention. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated!
Due to Covid19 restrictions we ask that you come with your own face mask.
If you are early please wait outside or in your car for your scheduled appointment time.
Attend your appointment on your own as we have a limit on the number of people in the studio.
If you have visited a Covid19 hotspot within the last 14 days, have been in contact with anyone from a hotspot or anyone positive for Covid19, have recently arrived back from overseas or have any symptoms of Covid19 Do not attend your appointment. Please call the studio and we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment to a suitable time.
